Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect during my massage?

Please arrive a few minutes early, especially if you haven't completed the health form online, to ensure you get your full appointment time. I will review your health history and discuss your treatment goals. I’ll step out to give you privacy to get on the table. Undress as you feel comfortable; you will be covered except for the area I'm working on. I’ll check in with you about the pressure and temperature, but let me know anytime if you need adjustments. I usually keep conversation to a minimum during the massage to help you relax, but you’re welcome to ask questions or talk if you prefer.

What to expect post massage?

It's a great idea to give yourself some additional time after your massage to continue relaxing and to allow your body to fully absorb the benefits of massage.  I leave plenty of time in between appointments so that you never feel hurried and can take your time before you head out the door. Make sure to drink plenty of water after your massage.

How do I book a massage?

You can book appointments online up to 6 hours in advance. For same-day appointments, call or text (425) 522-2571. A credit or debit card is needed to secure your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email right after booking or purchasing.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy and charge 50% of my rate for missed appointments. However, I understand that emergencies or illness can happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please notify me as soon as possible.

Do you take Insurance or what forms of payment do you accept?

I do accept Aetna, Kaiser HMO/PPO, and TriWest Healthcare Alliance insurance right now. I also accept HSA and can provide a Superbill after your payment, which you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

I take cash, check, major credit/debt cards and VENMO.

What are your hours?

My hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9-2:45 (taking last appointment at 1:45).
